Join us for Mindful Yoga, a supportive practice that blends gentle yoga, range-of-motion movements, meditation, and mindfulness to enhance overall well-being. Each session emphasizes the mind–body connection and concludes with a deeply relaxing singing bowl meditation.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats and props (blocks and straps), or take part in chair yoga. A limited number of mats and chairs will be available.
No prior yoga experience is necessary; however, participants should be able to engage in light movement activities.
