Caroline County Public Library Presents: Mindful Yoga for Overall Well-Being
Join us for Mindful Yoga—a supportive practice that combines gentle yoga, range-of-motion movements, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Each session emphasizes the mind-body connection and concludes with a deeply relaxing singing bowl meditation.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and props (blocks and strap), or participate in chair yoga. A limited number of mats will be available.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to take part at their own pace and comfort level.

Please note: These sessions are intended to complement—not replace—professional healthcare.
Adults only. No registration required, but please sign in before the session begins.
