Meeting Room Policy
The library offers meeting rooms to the community for a nominal charge as per Meeting Room Policy. Fees are waived for qualifying non-profit organizations and government agencies. Meeting rooms may be booked up to three months in advance.
Fees and Donations:
- Non-profit organizations and government agencies may use the rooms at no charge. Donations are greatly appreciated. Non-profit organizations may be required to provide a copy of their 501c3.
- Others will pay the charges listed below. A security deposit of $100 may be required.
- Payments may be made at or before the time of the reservation. Rooms may not be used until payment is received.
- Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card (in-person only). Mail checks to Caroline County Public Library, 100 Market Street, Denton, MD 21629. Write “Meeting Room” on the memo line.
