Support your overall well-being through a blend of gentle yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices designed to reduce stress and promote brain health. Each session emphasizes the mind-body connection and concludes with a deeply relaxing singing bowl meditation.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, blocks, and strap, or choose the chair yoga option. Chairs and a limited number of yoga mats will be provided. No prior experience is necessary — all are welcome!
These sessions are intended to complement your current healthcare routine. While modifications will be offered, participation is entirely self-paced and self-regulated. Please ensure you have proper clearance to engage in physical activity.
